How much does gutter cleaning cost in the GTA?
Published pricing: $149 for a one-storey home, $189 for a two-storey townhouse or semi, and $229 for a two-storey detached. HST is added to applicable services. Three-storey homes are quoted before work begins. You can book online — the home type you choose updates the price in the booking flow.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year for most GTA homes — late spring and late fall, after the trees finish dropping. Homes under heavy tree cover benefit from an extra mid-season check. Gutter guards reduce the work but don't eliminate it.
What happens if I don't clean my gutters?
Overflow stains siding, rots fascia boards, pools at the foundation and, through freeze-thaw, turns into ice dams and separated seams. Gutter cleaning is inexpensive insurance against the most common avoidable water damage.
Do you clean downspouts too?
Yes — downspouts are checked and flushed as part of every clean. A gutter is only working if the downspout carries the water away from the property.
Do I need to be home?
