Common area cleaning is priced per visit based on building size, amenity count and frequency. After a walkthrough we quote a firm fixed rate that holds every cycle — frequency changes are transparent, and nothing is charged until you approve.
All pricing is subject to 13% HST. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

How often do common areas need cleaning?
Most GTA buildings book daily lobby coverage with full common-area rotations two to three times per week, scaled to the number of suites and amenity traffic. We recommend a schedule after a walkthrough of the building.
Can you work around residents' schedules?
Yes. Coverage is planned around quiet hours, amenity bookings and move-in days, and crews work in a way that keeps hallways safe and passable while they're on site.
Do you provide reports to the board?
Yes — visit logs with photo documentation are available for every service, so property managers can show the board exactly what was done and when.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Crews arrive fully equipped with commercial-grade supplies and equipment. If the building mandates specific products, we work to that list.
Is there a long-term contract?
Service runs on a simple recurring agreement with transparent per-visit pricing. Boards and managers can adjust scope or frequency with reasonable notice.
