Smoked in? We take the smell out with us.
Cigarette, cigar and cannabis smoke removal for condos, rentals and homes across Toronto and the GTA — walls, ceilings, vents and soft surfaces reset properly, not sprayed over.
Ask for this last minute and you are in the right place: smoked units and next-guest turnovers get same-day and next-morning slots. Published starting rates, a firm written quote before anything is booked, and photos of what we found and what we did.

Four reasons the smell keeps coming back.
If a cleaner has already been through and the unit still smells, nothing was done wrong with effort — the wrong things were cleaned. Smoke behaves like a film and a gas at the same time.
Nicotine is a film, not a smell
Smoke leaves an oily residue on walls, ceilings and trim. Until that film is washed off with the right degreaser, the room keeps re-emitting odour every time it warms up.
It soaks into soft surfaces
Mattresses, drapes, carpet, upholstery and the dust sitting inside vent grilles hold the smell far longer than hard surfaces. Wiping the walls alone never fixes it.
Masking sprays rebound
Air fresheners, candles and bowls of vinegar sit on top of the problem. An hour after the windows close, the smell is back and now it is mixed with perfume.
Drywall needs a decision
Long-term smoke penetrates porous surfaces. Sometimes a full wash and treatment clears it; sometimes the wall needs sealing and repainting afterwards. We tell you which before you pay.
A full smoke reset, ceiling to subfloor.
Written into your quote so nothing is assumed on either side. If a surface is out of scope — a sealed subfloor, a fabric that cannot take treatment — the quote says so.
Walls, ceilings & trim
Top-down degreasing wash of painted walls, ceilings, crown moulding, baseboards, door frames and switch plates — the surfaces that hold the yellow film.
Vents, grilles & fixtures
Bathroom and kitchen exhaust grilles, returns, light fixtures and range hoods opened and cleaned — where smoke collects and then blows back into the room.
Hard surfaces & glass
Kitchen cabinets inside and out, counters, backsplash, appliances, bathroom fixtures, mirrors and window glass and sills, all degreased rather than wiped.
Soft surfaces
Mattress surfaces, carpet traffic areas, upholstery and curtains treated as far as the fabric allows — the largest single source of returning smoke smell.
Odour removal & filtration
After the wash: deep HEPA vacuuming of soft surfaces, activated-carbon filtration and forced ventilation. Physical removal of what is left — no ozone generator, no masking fragrance.
Photo evidence
Before-and-after photos of the affected surfaces, usable for a deposit file, an insurance note or an Airbnb smoking-violation claim.
Real numbers, before you book.
These are starting rates for the common jobs, not fixed prices. The quote is set by property size, how heavy the contamination is, which surfaces are affected and what we find on inspection. Your price is confirmed in writing before anything is booked, it is not adjusted afterwards without your approval, and nothing is charged until you accept it.

Same-day / next-guest rush
+$150 flat
Quoted and disclosed before booking, never added later. We move the crew, you keep the booking.
Months of smoke, several units, offices and common areas
Heavy nicotine, multi-unit or commercial
Quoted from photos
Priced individually once we see the damage — a smoked 4-bed after a decade is a different job from a weekend guest.
Not a cleaning job
Fire, soot or structural contamination
Specialist referral
Soot from a fire, charred or delaminating surfaces, or contamination inside walls, ducts and subfloor needs a restoration specialist. We say so at intake and refer, rather than quote work we cannot finish.
What moves the number
- How long the smoking went on — months of nicotine film is a different job from one weekend.
- How many rooms and how high the ceilings are.
- Whether carpets, mattresses, drapes and upholstery are involved (soft surfaces hold the smell longest).
- Whether the odour has soaked into drywall, subfloor or cabinetry — and whether sealing is needed after cleaning.
- How fast you need it — same-day and next-guest work carries the flat rush fee above.
- What an inspection or your photos show. If the scope changes, you approve the change or we stop.
All prices are starting rates before 13% HST. Quotes are valid for 30 days, and a price is never adjusted after booking without your approval.
Photos in, flat quote, crew out.
Built for people who found this at 11pm with a check-in tomorrow. Nothing about the process needs a phone call or a weekday.
1 · Send photos, any hour
Text or upload photos of the walls, ceilings, vents and soft furnishings with the room count. Requests come in 24/7 — late-night ones are first in the queue the next morning.
2 · A flat quote
You get one firm number with the scope written out, HST shown and any rush fee disclosed. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
3 · Treatment day
The crew works top-down with degreasers, HEPA extraction on soft surfaces, then carbon filtration and a full air-out with the rooms clear.
4 · Odour check & proof
We air the unit, walk it for smell and send photo documentation — or show you in person — before we call it done.
The smoked units we get called for.
Moving into a smoked home
You got the keys and the previous owner smoked indoors. Get the film and smell out before your furniture absorbs it too.
Landlords & property managers
A tenant smoked the unit. Reset it with documented photos so the deposit file and the next lease are not in question.
Airbnb & short-term hosts
A guest smoked and the next booking is in 24 hours. Same-day reset plus the photo evidence a smoking claim needs.
Tenants moving out
You smoked in the unit, the lease says no, and you want the deposit back. Clean it properly, with proof of what was done.
Routine cleanup, a custom quote, or a referral.
Smoke is not one condition. A weekend guest and a decade of indoor smoking are different jobs, and fire damage is not a cleaning job at all. We classify the request before quoting so you are never sold work that cannot fix the problem.
Routine post-guest or one-off smoking
Standard cleanup
A unit smoked in recently — a weekend guest, one room, or a short tenancy where the smell is on surfaces rather than inside the building.
- Nicotine film washed from walls, ceilings, trim and hard surfaces
- Vents, grilles, fixtures and glass degreased
- Soft surfaces HEPA-vacuumed and treated as far as the fabric allows
- Unit ventilated and carbon-filtered before the next arrival
Published starting rate applies. Same-day and next-guest slots available with the flat rush fee.
Heavy, long-standing or large-scope contamination
Custom quote
Months or years of indoor smoking, several rooms or units, or soft furnishings and cabinetry that are carrying the smell.
- Priced from photos and an inspection, not a published rate
- Scope written out line by line, including what we cannot reach
- Surfaces that need sealing and repainting afterwards are named up front
- You approve the price before any crew is scheduled
Nothing is booked or charged until you approve the written quote.
Fire, soot, mould or structural contamination
Specialist referral
Soot and charring from a fire, contamination inside walls, ducts or subfloor, mould, biohazard or hoarding conditions. Cleaning alone does not fix these.
- We tell you at intake instead of after a wasted visit
- Referral to a restoration or remediation specialist
- We will still clean once the specialist work is complete, if you want us to
No charge for the assessment. We would rather lose the job than sell a result we cannot deliver.
We are a cleaning company, not a restoration contractor — fire, soot and structural damage are referred out.
We never run ozone. Odour work is physical cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, carbon filtration and ventilation.
Sealed drywall, subfloor and old cabinetry can hold smoke past what washing reaches. When that is the case we say so before booking.
No treatment is sold as a guarantee of a smell-free room where the contamination is in the building fabric.
What we can and cannot promise.
We can promise the film is gone, the surfaces that feed the smell are cleaned, and the space is filtered and aired. In most smoked units that is the end of it.
What we will not promise: that a decade of indoor smoking in drywall, subfloor or old cabinetry always comes out with cleaning alone. When we see that in your photos, we say so before booking and tell you what the next step is — usually sealing and repainting the affected wall. You will never be charged twice for a result we already knew was out of reach.
Fire, soot and structural contamination is referred to a restoration specialist, not sold as a clean. No ozone is used. Prices are starting rates, confirmed in writing. Insured and WSIB-registered.
Smoke removal FAQs.
Can you actually get cigarette smoke smell out, or just cover it?
Smoke leaves two things behind: a nicotine film on every surface, and odour molecules soaked into porous materials. Masking sprays and plug-ins do neither job. We remove the film with a proper degreasing wash on walls, ceilings and trim, clean the surfaces that carry it into the air (vents, grilles, fixtures, soft furnishings), then HEPA-vacuum, carbon-filter and ventilate the space. That is why the result holds instead of coming back a week later.
How fast can you get to a unit?
Send photos any time, day or night — the request is in the queue immediately. Same-day and next-morning slots are held for smoked units and next-guest turnovers, and rush work carries the flat fee shown above, quoted before you book. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
Do you use ozone generators?
No. We do not use or advertise ozone as a treatment. The odour step is physical: HEPA vacuuming of soft surfaces, surface treatment where the fabric allows, activated-carbon filtration and forced ventilation. There is no chemical residue left in the unit and no one has to clear the building for it.
Can the unit stay occupied during the work?
The wash and filtration can be done with people in the home if they stay out of the room being worked in. A deep soft-surface treatment needs the space empty for the few hours it runs, and we tell you which scope your situation needs before anything is booked.
What if the smoke has been there for years?
Heavy, long-term nicotine can stain and penetrate drywall, subfloor and porous finishes past what any cleaning reaches. That is a custom quote, and we will tell you honestly when a wash and treatment will get you most of the way and when the wall surface needs sealing and repainting afterwards. We would rather lose the extra visit than promise a smell-free room we cannot deliver.
Needing it tonight? Send photos through the smoke assessment request — it is open around the clock, and the smell does not wait for office hours either.
Nobody should move into someone else's cigarettes.
Send photos of the walls, ceilings, vents and soft furnishings with your room count — you get a written quote from a published starting rate, and a same-day slot if the next guest is already booked.
