1. Who we are

StayFresh Property Services Inc. ("StayFresh", "we", "us") provides cleaning, hosting support and property-care services throughout the Greater Toronto Area. 2. Information we collect

• Contact and booking details — your name, phone number, email address, property address and the service details you submit when requesting a quote or booking.
• Property details — property type, size, condition, access instructions and preparation or safety information you choose to share, including photos you upload.
• Service records — your booking history, quotes, invoices, completed-job reports and any notes or photos our team documents during service.
• Payments — payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number; Stripe provides us only the payment status and reference for your booking.

3. How we use it

We use your information to provide quotes, schedule and deliver services, send booking confirmations and service updates, invoice for completed work, maintain accurate property records and respond to your questions. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing purposes.

4. Who can see it

Access is limited to authorized StayFresh personnel. The team members assigned to your property see only what they need to complete the work — including safety information you flagged. Your account records, internal notes and payment details are never shown to other customers or to unassigned staff.

5. Photos and files you upload

Photos and files you upload (for example, safety concerns) are stored privately and are viewable only by authorized StayFresh personnel through secure, expiring access links. They are never shown on public pages of this website. Completed-job photos may be shared with you by email; we do not publish customer photos publicly without your permission.

6. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall website usage (for example, page views and booking starts). Analytics events do not include your personal details, property address, or payment information.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or request a copy of your service records, by emailing operations@stayfreshpropertyservicesinc.ca or calling 437-249-3919. We respond to all such requests within a reasonable time. If you have an account, you can also review your bookings, invoices and profile in your customer portal.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify affected customers directly.
