Yes. We routinely work through property managers, condo boards and building security, and we send photo documentation to whoever needs the record — owner, manager or board — without you having to forward anything.
Is the odour work safe in an occupied building?
Yes, because it is physical rather than chemical: washing, HEPA vacuuming, activated-carbon filtration and ventilation. We do not use ozone generators and leave no fragrance behind. A deep soft-surface treatment needs the unit itself empty for the few hours it runs, and we tell you which scope your unit needs before booking.
Do you handle cigarette smoke and cannabis differently?
Yes. Cannabis resin is stickier and needs a stronger degrease on hard surfaces, while cigarette film yellows painted walls and ceilings more aggressively. Vape haze on glass is a third case again. The quote states which treatment applies to your unit.
