From the Field: Real Property Resets Across the GTA

A look inside real StayFresh jobs — the kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces we reset across the GTA, and what goes into each one.

From the Field: Real Property Resets Across the GTA

Every StayFresh job ends the same way: a walkthrough, a finishing pass, and a property that looks like nobody was ever there. But the work itself happens room by room — and the photos in this post are from real properties we reset across the Greater Toronto Area.

What a reset actually covers

A proper reset is more than a quick vacuum. On a typical visit we work through:

  • Kitchens — counters, cabinet fronts, sinks and fixtures polished, appliance exteriors detailed, floors finished.
  • Bathrooms — vanities, mirrors, glass and fixtures cleaned and presented, not just wiped down.
  • Living areas — surfaces, glass, high-touch points and presentation, with cushions and throws reset.
  • Bedrooms — linens, surfaces and a final presentation check before guests or occupants arrive.

Why photos are part of the standard

We photograph finished spaces so owners and hosts can see exactly what was done without being there. For short-term rentals that matters twice: it confirms the property is guest-ready, and it documents condition between stays — so if anything is damaged or missing, you know when it happened.

One team, one standard

Whether it's a turnover, a deep clean or a scheduled reset, the checklist is the same and the finishing pass is non-negotiable. That consistency is what keeps guests happy and listings rating high.
