When should the move-in clean happen?
The ideal window is after the previous occupants are fully out and before your belongings arrive. Most GTA clients book for possession day or the day before, once the keys are released.
What's the difference between move-in and move-out cleaning?
The scope is nearly identical — full detail of an empty home. Move-out cleans are usually keyed to a landlord's inspection or a sale handover; move-in cleans are keyed to your possession date. Either way you get the same top-to-bottom scope.
How long does a move-in clean take?
An empty home cleans faster than a furnished one. Most condos take 3 to 5 crew hours; most houses 5 to 8, depending on size and condition. We confirm timing when you book.
Can you come on my exact possession date?
Possession dates shift at the last minute and we build for that — give us the date range and we'll confirm a slot as soon as your access time is settled.
How much does move-in cleaning cost in the GTA?
Pricing follows our residential packages by size and condition, with a disclosed premium for homes needing extra work. You approve the total before we start. All pricing is subject to 13% HST.
