Flat-rate pricing is based on a standard property size and normal condition. Larger homes or properties may carry a 5–10% service adjustment based on size, layout, access or complexity. Properties requiring substantially more cleaning time because of excessive buildup, heavy debris, excessive dishes, pet hair, stains or unusually heavy condition may require additional labour. We will always explain and obtain approval for additional work before adding extra labour charges. Additional labour: $34/hr + HST.

Recurring cleaning starts from $101 per visit for a studio or one-bedroom on a weekly plan, before HST — with bi-weekly from $107 and every 4 weeks from $113. Larger homes are priced by bedroom count, and every per-visit total is shown before you confirm the booking.
Is weekly or bi-weekly cleaning better?
Bi-weekly is the most popular cadence for most GTA homes and keeps a home consistently guest-ready. Weekly suits busy households, pets, kids or home offices. Every 4 weeks works well for low-traffic homes that just need a maintenance rhythm.
What's included in each recurring visit?
Every visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, beds made and a general home reset. Add-ons like interior windows, carpet or upholstery cleaning can be added to any visit.
Do I have to sign a contract or commit to a minimum term?
No contracts and no minimum term. You choose the cadence, and you can pause, skip or change frequency by contacting the team — the recurring discount applies automatically to eligible visits while the plan is active.
What if I need a deeper clean to start?
Many homes start with a deep clean to reset the property, then move to a recurring plan to maintain it. If your home needs extra attention on the first visit, we'll confirm any additional work with you on site before starting.
