Yes — working around building rules is part of condo cleaning. We book service elevators where required, respect amenity and noise restrictions, and provide insurance documentation when the building asks for it.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring professional-grade products and equipment suited to condo finishes — hardwood, glass, stainless and stone. If your building requires specific products or has scent policies, tell us and we'll accommodate.
How often should a condo be cleaned?
Most condo residents book biweekly cleaning, with weekly for busy households and monthly for lighter-touch maintenance. Hosts book per booking. We'll help you pick a cadence in the quote.
What if I'm not home for the cleaning?
Most condo clients are never home for their cleans. Concierge key handovers, lockboxes and smart locks all work — we confirm arrangements at booking and after each visit you receive a report, with photos on request.
Do you clean balconies?
We sweep and tidy balcony floors as part of a full clean, but exterior window washing and balcony power washing aren't part of the service — those require specialized access and insurance.
